PRICES & CONDITIONS
Monthly rent is $ 410 or $ 500, depending on the orientation and size.
When you sign the contract you must pay 2 months of rent (1 guaranty deposit + 1 month of rent).
Light and cable TV consumes ARE NOT INCLUDED.
We have a free WiFi in the building for all the neighbours.
We have cameras throughout the building to give you the greatest security.
